We are soon opening a class for Strength and performance for kids, every Saturdays & Sundays!
In general, a sound strength and conditioning program for kids can greatly impact their growth and development, particularly their long term athletic development. The program can help them boost their performance, reduce chances of injury, and more importantly increase their quality of life. To add to that, children ages 6 to 12 will benefit from a sound and supervised strength and conditioning program as this is where their central nervous system is as moldable as clay and will have the greatest carry over to their human development.

Guidelines and benefits of strength and conditioning for kids given by National Strength and conditioning association:
1) safe for youth
2) incorporate muscular strength and power
3) improve cardiovascular risk profile
4) improve motor skill performance/ enhance motor performance
5) increase resistance from injury
6) improve psychosocial well being
7) promote exercise habits during childhood

Class will be under coach carlo de dios, a certified physical preparation specialist. Sat 5 pm / sun 930. Intro price is P1, 000 only for 8 sessions to be consumed within the month. For walk ins- 250/sesh!
