TEAM NCR ARCHERY: A TEAM EFFORT FROM START TO FINISH
While others were focused on the heat, the conditions, and the challenges of competition, Team NCR Archery remained focused on what mattered most—performing as one team.

Archery may be scored individually, but the true story of NCR's campaign was written through teamwork. More than the individual medals and personal records, the team's performance in the team events reflected months of preparation, trust in one another, and a commitment to a common goal.

For five grueling days, NCR athletes stood side by side, lifting each other through every end, every match, and every setback. The support extended beyond the shooting line—coaches, parents, SDO officials, and mother clubs all played their part in building an environment where every athlete could succeed.

The result was something rarely achieved: every member of Team NCR Archery earned a medal. No one was left behind. Every athlete contributed, every athlete was supported, and every athlete shared in the team's success.

This has become a defining characteristic of Team NCR Archery. Year after year at the Palarong Pambansa, the program continues to demonstrate that sustainable success is not measured solely by individual podium finishes, but by the strength of the entire team.

The medals will be counted, the records will be remembered, but what stands out most is how Team NCR chose to compete—focused, united, and committed to bringing everyone up together.

Because in Team NCR Archery, success is never about one archer. It's about the entire team.

Best of luck to our 5 Olympus Archery PH archers that are part of the 7-man NCR Archery Team in the 2026 Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur!

From different cities, united as one team — Gavin Rain Bunag and Nice Garcia of Pasig City, Justin Tanco and Rocco Gomez of San Juan City, and Yohan De Gula of Marikina City.
