League of Legends: Wild Rift 5v5 Midnight Warriors Guild Tournament Guidelines

Welcome to the League of Legends: Wild Rift 5v5 Guild Tournament! We're thrilled to have your guild participate in this exciting event. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a fair and enjoyable competition for everyone involved.
Tournament Format:

I. Team Composition:

1. Each team consists of five players from the same guild.
Teams must have a balanced composition, including at least one member proficient in each role: tank, mages, assassins, damage dealer, and support.

Registration:

2. Guild leaders or appointed representatives should register their teams before the specified deadline.
Provide the in-game names of all participating players and ensure they are members of the same guild.

3.Match Format:
Matches will be played in a best-of-three (Bo3) format.
The map will be the Summoners Rift map.
In case of a tie (1-1), a tiebreaker match will be played.
Bans and Picks:

4. Teams take turns banning champions before selecting their own champions.
Each team is allowed one ban per phase.
Picks are blind and simultaneous.

5. Game Rules:
The standard Wild Rift rules apply.
Each match is played until one team destroys the opponent's Nexus or until a team surrenders.

6. Disconnects:
If a player disconnects during the game, the match will continue. Reconnections are allowed.
If a player is unable to reconnect within 5 minutes, the match will proceed as a 4v5.

7. Spectators:
Only tournament organizers and approved streamers/commentators are allowed to spectate matches.
Teams are not allowed to have additional spectators during the game.

II. Tournament Schedule: (February 3-10)

1. Check-In:
Teams must check in 30 minutes before the tournament starts.
Match Schedule:

2. Matches will be scheduled with breaks in between to allow for rest and preparation.

III. Code of Conduct:
1. Sportsmanship:
Maintain a high level of sportsmanship and respect towards opponents and organizers.
2. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including toxic behavior, will not be tolerated.
3. Fair Play:
Any form of cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
Teams found violating fair play rules will be disqualified.
Communication:

4. All communication must be conducted through the tournament platform or designated channels.
Results Submission:

5. Teams are responsible for reporting their match results promptly.
