Monday to Friday
7am to 1pm
2pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday
7am to 1pm
2pm to 8pm
Qualifications:
* Should be 18 years old 65 yrs old above
* High School grads, ALS grads, Senior
High grads, College grads, and College
Undergrads are welcome to apply
Enrollment Requirements:
( Photocopy only )
• NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
• For Married Women - NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate
• If College Grad: Diploma / TOR
• If College Undergrad: High school diploma / form 137
• Form 137 (If HS or Sr. High Grad)
• Form 138 (If Grade 10 Completer)
• Valid ID
