Today, participants delved deeper into the basics, covering:
1. Fundamental kick techniques
2. Combination of hand and kick techniques
3. Introduction to basic self-defense techniques

Our instructors introduced new drills and partner exercises to help beginners develop their skills. The collaborative atmosphere fostered camaraderie and rapid improvement. 💪
