Security Preparedness And Capability Development Training

Preparedness is not an option-it is a responsibility.

Members of PTKWF Tribu Kalasag successfully participated in the Security Preparedness and Capability Development Training Program based on the principles of the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali System, conducted at the Headquarters of the 80th Infantry (Steadfast) Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army, Sitio Galaxy, Baras, Rizal.

The activity served as a platform for strengthening operational readiness, security awareness, leadership, discipline, teamwork, and practical response capabilities. Through intensive training and hands-on exercises, participants further developed the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to address evolving security challenges and contribute to community safety initiatives.

Rooted in the principles of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, the training emphasized preparedness, adaptability, situational awareness, decisive action, and responsible leadership-qualities that are essential in both security operations and everyday life.

PTKWF Tribu Kalasag remains committed to continuous learning, professional development, and fostering strong partnerships with the Philippine Army and like-minded organizations in support of public safety, community resilience, and nation-building.

PTKWF-Tribu Kalasag successfully conducted a Re-Orientation Training for newly accepted practitioners of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System. The activity focused on strengthening the members’ foundation, discipline, understanding, and commitment to the principles and traditions of Filipino Martial Arts.
The orientation covered:

• History, principles, and traditions of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System
• PTKWF mission, vision, and organizational direction
• Proper mindset, discipline, respect, honor, integrity, and the development of brotherhood and sisterhood among practitioners
• Preservation and promotion of Filipino Martial Arts for future generations

Through this initiative, PTKWF -Tribu Kalasag continues to develop disciplined, responsible, and combat-effective practitioners dedicated to upholding the legacy of the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System.
