St. Ignatius Cup 2026 , what an unforgettable weekend for PCFC. ๐๐โฝ
First and foremost, we are deeply honored to have been invited to the inaugural edition of the St. Ignatius Cup. To the organizers, volunteers, officials, and everyone behind this tournament. congratulations on a beautifully organized event that celebrated competition, sportsmanship, and community at the highest level. ๐
To every team we shared the pitch with, thank you for the battles, the respect, and the memories. Iron sharpens iron, and every match pushed our players to grow stronger and better. ๐ค
A huge thank you as well to our coaches for the patience, passion, guidance, and countless hours you dedicate to developing these young athletes both on and off the field. ๐
To our parents, families, friends, and supporters, thank you for the endless sacrifices, the loud cheers, the rides, the meals, the looking for shade and water (lol!), the patience, and the love you pour into these young athletes every single day. This journey is as much yours as it is ours. ๐
Out of 8 categories entered, PCFC proudly brought home 5 podium finishes. ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ
Champions: U8 and U13
1st Runners Up: U9 and U10
2nd Runner Up: U11
But beyond the trophies, what made us the proudest was the character shown by every single player who wore the badge this weekend.
To the categories who did not make it to the podium this time (U12, U14, U15) keep your heads high and keep grinding. Growth is not always measured in medals. Some victories are found in courage, resilience, discipline, and the willingness to rise after every setback. We are very proud of you! Your time will come! And we will be with you every step of the way. ๐ช
We move forward together โ humbled, hungry, wiser and excited for what lies ahead. ๐ฅ๐
