𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼-𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹: 𝟯 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀!

The clock is ticking for 35 participating state universities and colleges (SUCs) and higher education institutions (HEIs) as the Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools (MASTS) Friendship Games and Socio-Cultural Festival 2025 draws near.

In just three days, Oroquieta City will pulse with excitement as thousands of student-athletes, artists, and delegates converge for a weeklong celebration of strength, talent, and solidarity from October 25 to 31. The city is set to transform into a vibrant stage of color, culture, and competition, where the best of Mindanao meet in friendship and pride.

From the 6 SUCs of Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula)—the Gateway to the South and home of resilient champions—to the 7 institutions of Region X (Northern Mindanao), where excellence meets determination, every delegation is poised to make history.

The 6 schools from Region XI (Davao Region) bring the fiery passion of the Land of Promise, while the 6 contenders from Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN), the Home of Champions, march forward with pride and unity. Completing the roster are 5 participating schools from the CARAGA Region, the Timber Corridor of the South, and 5 strong representatives from BARMM, the Cultural Soul of Mindanao, whose performances will showcase the region’s rich heritage and enduring spirit.

Together, these 35 institutions form one Mindanao, diverse in origin, yet united in purpose. Each athlete and artist carries not just their school banner, but the hopes and stories of their people.

Three days before the drums roll, the lights shine, and the cheers fill the air—the countdown to greatness continues.

The torch has been lit!

Northern Bukidnon State College kicked off its Intramurals 2025 with a festive opening ceremony that filled the campus with cheers, colors, and school pride.

Students, faculty, and staff gathered to witness the parade of teams, the lighting of the torch, and the declaration of games open marking the beginning of a week-long celebration of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and cultural pride.

The event set an energetic tone for the competitions ahead, uniting the NBSC community under the theme of excellence and teamwork.

𝐍𝐁𝐒𝐂 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞

Led by the lively performance of the NBSC-ROTC Drum and Bugle Corps (DBC), Northern Bukidnon State College officially marked the Day1 of its highly anticipated Intramurals 2025 with a spirited opening parade on October 6, featuring students and faculty's energetic march from the school's main entrance until the Manolo Fortich Municipal Gymnasium.

The roads erupted in cheers as the Blue Stallions, Mighty Lions and Green Archers of NBSC unite in celebration of excellence and strenght within the institution.

𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬: 𝐍𝐁𝐒𝐂 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

To formally open the Northern Bukidnon State College Intramurals 2025, the college held an opening program on October 6, 2025 at the Student Welfare Development Center, gathering all the students, faculty, and staffs.

College President, Dr. Christie Jean Villanurva-Ganiera, initiated the opening rites alongside the unveiling of the three instititues' (Institute for Business Management, Institute for Computer Studies, and Institute for Teacher Education) banners.

With the crowd's high energy and excitement in the air, Mr. Andy Datur, MASTS player, led the lighting of the torch, followed by the Oath of Sportsmanship administered by Ms. Grace P. Quiblat, NBSC Sports Coordinator, for the players and faculty facilitators.

The Intrams celebration will last until the 8th of October, highlighting different sports competition and amazing surprises.

The Teachers’ Day celebration at Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) was an unforgettable occasion for the faculty—a heartfelt testament to the institution’s appreciation for its educators. Held today at the Manolo Fortich Municipal Gymnasium, the event came as a delightful surprise secretly organized by College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, together with student leaders and various student organizations. Faculty members had no prior knowledge of the celebration, which was seamlessly integrated into the ongoing Intramurals 2025 program.
