Four years later, through countless weeknights of training, she built lifelong skills, discovered a voice that carries weight, and found a home among brilliant, ambitious minds.

Beyond trophies and podium speeches, what makes debate truly unforgettable is the family that stands beside you every step of the way. 💚✨

Listen in on the words of former President and Team Captain Jill Aycardo as she looks back on her LSDS story. For Jill, the society was never just a competitive arena—it became a safe harbor where you never have to constantly prove your worth, where setbacks are met with patience, and where radical self-belief takes root because an entire community stands firmly behind you.

If you are looking for a space where you can be entirely yourself, embrace every challenge, and find genuine camaraderie, the stage is ready for you.
