Excerpt: "A varsity is the primary or highest-level team representing a school, college, or university, typically in sports. It is made up of the most skilled and experienced athletes and serves as the official team that competes against rival institutions."
Elevating the competitiveness of the varsity team becomes a necessity especially when your team is confronted with new faces. Basically, it is building up a new team for the school along with its “mores” and values set by the school. The task is enormous as the school aims to create the next batch of promising players. This is where Varsity Encounter comes in, to aid in elevating the competitiveness of Varsity Teams through competition. It can be regarded as an extension of your Varsity Program.
