Bakit kailangang maghintay bago lumangoy?

β€’ Puwersado ang katawan: Kapag busog, ang dugo ay nakapokus sa tiyan para tunawin ang pagkain (digestion). Kung lalangoy ka agad, mahahati ang lakas ng katawan sa pagtunaw at sa paggalaw ng mga muscle.

β€’ Iwas sa "Stomach Cramps": Maaari kang mabilaukan o makaramdam ng matinding sakit sa tagiliran dahil sa bigat ng tiyan habang gumagalaw sa tubig.

β€’ Iwas S**a: Ang matinding paglangoy nang busog ay madalas nagdudulot ng pagkahilo o pagsusuka (acid reflux).
