One of our initial targets to create a NEW PATHWAY is understanding the adjustments that need to be made to the model.

GOM FOOTBALL has always coached at an Academy standard; as we finalize selecting the squad of 30 who will represent the GOM FOOTBALL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE and its development players, EXPOSURE is key.

Through our scouting protocols, the selected squad will be a fair representation of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

When training commences in February, players need to understand what an Academy is, what the demands are, and the expectations.

So yes, GOM FOOTBALL has established direct pathways into PROFESSIONAL Football abroad for its players to train at realistic levels in Europe, Australia, and Asia & South East Asia.

This coming February 2023, we will be bringing club representatives to the Philippines who have been part of GOM's history and making; they come to inspire through giving opportunities for EXPOSURE at the NEXT LEVEL.

From there, we come back into training knowing what is expected, and we prepare the squads to go to Europe to play top Academies from the top leagues!
