Congratulations to recent debutante Karoly for making it among the current judo leaders in NCRJA Philippines (women's -52 kg.) The photo on the left is from NCRJA Philippines' latest Facebook post here: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=122139389709104872&set=a.122102747739104872. She represented the Quezon City Judo Team in the first leg of the 2026 NCRJA ranking competitions. For the upcoming second leg, she will represent the UST Women’s Judo Team as its new freshman recruit. The video on the right shows her blowing out the candle on her birthday cake when she celebrated the morning of her debut with her teammates. The more training partners, the better. Yesterday, we had teenage aspiring MMA fighters Zack (extreme right) and Lance (back row, extreme right), and Coach Gian (front row, second from right) who dropped by only to pick up his SPRAWL MMA OGs t-shirt but quickly decided to join and complete our round-robin sparring session! (It's the proverbial, "Bumili lang ng s**a ...")

And good luck to Yuki (front row, extreme right) who will join the combat wrestling competition in Buno sa Angono 2 on August 2! 🔥
