Learn-To-Swim by Rosa Alcantara I started teaching swimming at 14, assisting my father, Coach Terong, in his summer learn-to-swim programs. swim lessons for all ages!

I later became a varsity swimmer at UST and competed in the UAAP and Palarong Pambansa. I love helping beginners become confident in the water. Every Wednesday and Friday 6-8am and Saturday and Sunday mornings in ultra philsports.
