• Energy Gel/Bars
• Fully Charged Phone (optional)
• Must collect 5 ribbons (42km) and 2 ribbons (21km) at the designated stations

🔸 16KM, 10KM & 5KM RUNNERS
• Running Shoes Recommended
• Hydration Flask/Bottle (100ml minimum)
• Energy Gel/Bars (optional)
• Fully Charged Phone (optional)
• Must collect 1 ribbon at their respective U-turn stations

📝 ALL RUNNERS
• Signed waiver required before race kit claiming
(Waiver forms will be provided by the organizers during kit claiming)
• Please bring your own hydration flask or hydration bottle, please note that there's no plastic cups in all aid stations.
• Race bibs must be worn in front and must be visible at all times
• No Personal Pacers allowed
