ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED! This lady decided to learn to wear cleats to optimize her pedaling strokes. She got on the trainer to practice for an hour, road tested it, fell, wore knee/elbow pads, road tested it again and voila now she's clipped on her bike. All done in a few hours. GOOD JOB Red ridinghood Jenelle.

Ladies, not 3 weeks ago this red riding hood lady bought a bike but didn't know how to ride. Just a few weeks training/riding with us, she is now climbing slopes using the right gears, and now teaching his baby brother (right) to bike as well.
Hope to see you all at this weekend's ride.

Red rider Janelle wanted to learn to bike, so she bought a Liv Avail 1 SL & practiced skating with her bike to try to get her balance. Today, Sunday, she practiced to work her gears on the trainer, got her a good 30mins saddle time to get the feel of her new bike. Afterward we did more skating, braking, mounting and dismounting drills and voila, she was biking. GOOD JOB, looking forward to riding out with you soon.
