We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Chairman Lee of Barangay 407, Sampaloc, Manila, for giving us the opportunity to continue our JUDO training. Being welcomed into his community is truly a blessing for us and all the judokas of Manila Central Judo Club.

We also extend our deepest thanks to Chairman Janet kho alcoran, who has been an instrument of our Almighty Father. Her unwavering support and unconditional love continue to inspire us all.

A Memorable Experience on May 18, 2025

The May 18, 2025, event was truly a remarkable experience for the parents of our judoka members came together, sharing a warm and uplifting atmosphere. The gathering was enriched by the insights of one of our esteemed fellow judokas, Coach and Professor of the University of the East, Dianne Rodriguez.

Her wisdom and experience sparked meaningful conversations among the parents, offering valuable perspectives on how to nurture and support their children’s love for Judo. The exchange of thoughts and experiences created a sense of community and inspired everyone to continue fostering this shared passion.

The Central Judo Club would like to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Sensei Diane Rodriguez hor her unwavering support and guidance to the club.

Today’s seminar was a valuable learning experience. It is truly an achievement to see our players gain knowledge about nutritious food choices, as proper nutrition is the primary source of energy and plays a vital role in strengthening the immune system—essential for optimal training and performance.

Welcoming the morning sun and the Central Judo Club begins with an expansive calisthenics session, a wave of movement across the street where intense workouts forge strength and resilience.

Next at two (2) in the afternoon, focused judo training, sharpening technique and refining movement with every throw and grip.

A big thank you to Sensei Johan Schyllander for visiting us and joining today’s judo session. Our judokas truly appreciated the chance to learn from his vast experience and insights—it's always a privilege to have such knowledge shared on the mat.

We’re also incredibly fortunate to have Sensei Nobu Oota as part of the Central Judo Club coaching team. His commitment to teaching both the core principles and the refined, dynamic aspects of judo continues to inspire and elevate everyone he trains in our dojo.
