Is there something about yourself making you lose confidence?

Our self-confidence comes from how we feel about ourselves. When we always find flaws in ourselves, we feel unworthy, which lowers our self-confidence.

We all wish to have a perfect body, relationship and life. To have this perfection, we often create so much mental pressure that we stop loving ourselves or what we have. We need to remember that the idea of perfection only exists if we compare ourselves with others. If we don't, we don't notice our flaws as much and are able to accept ourselves without any resistance.

Aim to improve yourself, but don't disregard yourself in your present. Accepting yourself gives self-confidence; with this confidence, you gain inner strength to become what you want.
