Job Description: We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable Esports Game Analyst to join our team. As a Game Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing gameplay, developing strategies, and providing valuable insights to help our teams improve their performance. Your expertise in game mechanics, tactics, and meta will contribute to our players' success in competitive gaming.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze gameplay footage and statistics to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
-Conduct in-depth research on game mechanics, strategies, and meta to provide insightful analysis.
-Collaborate with coaches and players to develop effective strategies and tactics for matches and tournaments.
-Provide real-time analysis and feedback during practice sessions, scrimmages, and competitions.
-Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual players and teams.
-Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
-Stay updated on the latest developments, balance changes, and updates in the game(s) being analyzed.
-Collaborate with other analysts and coaching staff to develop comprehensive game plans.
-Provide support and guidance to players regarding game-related queries and strategies.
Requirements:
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of Valorant.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Passion for esports and a deep understanding of competitive gaming dynamics.
-Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
