Dear Parents, help your children build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

✅Make sure they drink enough water for the day
✅Let your kids join fitness classes or sports activities
✅Let them spend at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day
✅Have them complete 8 to 10 hours of sleep
✅Be a role model to your kids
