Mandaue Cebu-Mandaue Chess Development Center Officially Opens at Mandaue Sports Complex
Mandaue City proudly announces the official opening of the Mandaue Chess Development Center at the Mandaue Sports Complex, marking a significant milestone in the city's commitment to nurturing local chess talent and promoting the sport among all ages.
The initiative, spearheaded by Jonathan Dela Peña, President of MCDC, aims to provide a dedicated space where aspiring chess players can learn, train, and compete. The Chess Development Center is designed to be a hub for chess enthusiasts, offering a wide range of programs to cater to beginners, intermediate players, and advanced competitors.
Among the exciting activities lined up for the coming months are:
