JOY IS WHEN AN ORDINARY SUNDAY BECOMES EXTRAORDINARY ✨

Today, I met a group of young entrepreneurs at a pop-up food fair who went out of their way to accommodate my food limitations. 💛

I avoid caffeine because it triggers my migraines, and I avoid dairy as part of my MS wellness journey.

What touched me most wasn’t just the food—it was seeing the enthusiasm, creativity, courage, and determination behind their little business. 🌱

They’re still undergraduates, and this was their first pop-up shop, part of their school thesis! 🎓

I encouraged them to keep learning, keep creating, and make the most of their time in school. With their passion and willingness to show up, I believe they can go a long way.

It reminded me of something I often share through Design Life:

✨ Learn. Create. Show up. Keep growing.

We don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. Sometimes, we simply need the courage to take the first step—and the discipline to keep going.

That’s wellness, too: discovering your strengths, nurturing your gifts, and designing a life that reflects who you are becoming. 💫

An ordinary Sunday.
A meaningful encounter.
A little reminder that everyone has something to offer. ❤️
