She believed she could, so she did! โœจ๐Ÿ‘‘

What a journey it has been for our dear, Queen Flaviona!
She walked with confidence, speaking with purpose, and grace with pride to represent Cebu Doctors' University and Region VII.

From winning 2nd runner-up in Miss CESAFI, to being the 1st runner-up in Mutya ng PRISAA Regionals and an unexpected stint in the recently concluded Mutya ng PRISAA Nationals last May 13, 2026 held in STIWNU, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Congratulations, Queen Flaviona! ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿค
CDU community is proud of you and your achievements! Keep soaring high, Queen!
