Whether you’re a first-timer, returning racer, or advanced athlete—everyone is welcome at Spartan Ravens Training.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Fun workouts to strengthen and activate your body
• Obstacle proficiency — learn the skills you’ll actually use on race day
• Learnings, new friends, and a solid training session

WHAT TO WEAR
• Dri-fit clothes — recommended
• Trail running shoes — recommended
• No trail running shoes? No problem. Any suitable training shoes will do.

WHAT TO BRING
• Hydration — Obstacle Central also has plenty
• Snacks
• Extra clothes
• Toiletries

WHY OBSTACLE CENTRAL?
• Rain or shine, we train. It’s an indoor facility.
• Clean, enclosed environment where you can focus on your workout
