We are proud and grateful to share that the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Malungon Gamay, under the leadership of our very own SK Chairperson, Hon. Aicah T. Matignao, has been recognized as one of the 17 Highly Performing SK Councils of the Municipality of Malungon during the Municipal-Level GEMS for SK Evaluation. ✨

This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our entire SK Council in serving the youth of Malungon Gamay. It is a reminder that every effort we put into our programs, projects, and services is worth it. 💚

We are truly honored to be part of this achievement and grateful to everyone who continues to support our initiatives for the youth.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Malungon proudly congratulates the 17 Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils of the Municipality of Malungon that successfully obtained a Highly Performing Rating during the Municipal-Level GEMS for SK Evaluation (SK Performance Audit).

This initiative was conducted pursuant to DILG Regional Memorandum Circular No. 2026-14, issued by the DILG Regional Office XII, as part of the continuing assessment and promotion of effective, accountable, and high-performing SK governance.

Out of the 31 barangays of Malungon, 21 SK Councils successfully complied the documentary evaluation, with 17 SK Councils pass and receive a Highly Performing Rating.
