Handa ka na ba para sa TakBro Leg 2 Trail Run? ⛰️🏃‍♂️

Mas matarik at mas matindi ang ahon, kaya siguraduhing fully equipped ka bago mag-gunstart!

Preparations:
• Strength training (lalo na sa leg part)
• Use stairs instead of escalator or elevator
• Warm-up

🎒 Equipment & Mandatory Gear:
• Hydration vest / pack na may sapat na tubig, light food o electrolytes
• Fully charged phone (para sa emergency at photos) at pito (whistle)
• Trekking pole (if you want)
• First aid kit (kahit maliit lang)
• Plastics or Zip lock para sa mga gadgets.

👕 Apparel & Footwear:
• Trail running shoes na may matinding grip/lugs para sa dulas at putik
• Breathable & quick-dry activewear (hand wrap, leggings)
• Anti-blister socks at visor/cap pangkontra sa init at pawis

⚠️ Safety First:
• Safety pins / race bib belt
• Basic first aid kit (bandages, liniment) + sariling hydration/energy gels
• Mag-hydrate bago ang takbo at maging alerto sa trail markings!
