2. Literacy and Numeracy Tests at Room 38
3. Submission of the following Documents at Covered Court - Designated Table for Special Program in Sports

👉Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
👉 Certificate of Good Moral Character
👉Medical Certificate
👉Parental Consent allowing the learner to undergo Sports Skills Demonstration Screening / Rigid SPS Training

We are saddened to hear the news that the mother of Shiekhy Heart C. Supremo joined our Creator just a few hours ago as of this posting

Shiekhy is a Bukidnon NHS Alumna, a member of the School's Athletics Team during her Junior and Senior High School years at the institution, now a Varsity Athlete at the University of Santo Tomas. She has also affiliation(s) to running group(s) outside the
School during her High School years
