We want to thank and appreciate the effort of our Provincial Government headed by Governor Rogelio Neil P. Roque and our Committee Chair of Badminton, Atty. Nemisio B. Beltran, Jr., and to our Provincial Tourism Officer, Sir Butch Anthony Melendez, and to Sanguniang Panlalawigan and other staff who made this Kaamulan Festival Happen.
