First beginner session with , building right foundations and awareness of our body.

After a crazy 2023 and giving birth 9 months ago, I am able to find pockets of time to familiarize myself with the flow and mechanics of practice teaching pilates again. I find taking it slow with 1-2 students is the best for me. Soon I will really be able to switch into a higher gear.

Exhaling through the mouth against resistance in the lips like blowing put a straw- activates your Transversus abdominis - that muscle that wraps around your middle like a corset! In that simple move, you are accessing deeper stabilizing muscles that protects your lumbo-pelvic region and your pelvic floor!

How amazing is that?!

Mind the way you breathe! It makes a HUGE difference.
