I started my yoga practice in 2010 as one of the many advocates of Yoga For Life, helping people affected by HIV and AIDS. Seeing and experiencing how yoga can help change a person's life, I took my first Yoga Teacher training in 2012 at Bliss Yoga Manila. In 2013 through my mentors I was introduced to Yin Yoga and Vipassana Meditation - both practices helped deepen my personal practice and teaching. By the end of 2013 I took a Yin Yoga certification in Singapore under Victor Chng of Yin Yoga in Asia. Up until now, my practice and teaching continually evolves as it continually guides me in my day to day life.
