Bang Muay Thai is a progression. Dutch Kickboxing and Muay Thai combined into one system, refined in top-level competition for over twenty years. The curriculum rotates weekly from Duane Ludwig’s gym in Colorado.

We’re one of over 80 affiliates worldwide, and the only one in the Philippines. Save this for reference.

Sparring shouldn’t be intimidating. It should be structured. 🥊

At Art of Eight, we prioritize technique and safety over ego. Here is how our Wednesday sparring sessions are broken down:
⏱️ Hour 1: Drills. We focus on range, angles, and building your Fight IQ.
⏱️ Hour 2: Round-Robin Sparring. You’ll rotate partners to experience different styles and body types.

The Golden Rule: The default pace is 30% power unless you and your partner agree to go higher.

Whether you’re a veteran or it’s your very first sparring session, you’ll find a safe, controlled environment to level up your striking.
