2027 Commencal Supreme DH V5.2
The SUPREME DH V5.2 continues its relentless pursuit of one goal: helping riders go faster on the race track.
Developed at the highest level of competition, it evolves with an optimized kinematic design, a redesigned rear triangle and deeper integration.
Every detail has been refined to improve control, precision and speed.
Because development never stops.
HVCS KINEMATICS
The High Virtual Contact System continues to evolve, particularly around the rear triangle. The pivot point located near the rear axle has now moved from the chainstays to the seatstays. A subtle change on paper, but one that delivers significant benefits on the trail: the bike gains responsiveness and acceleration on faster sections while providing greater comfort and control in rough terrain.
This is the essence of HVCS: combining sensations that seem impossible to reconcile.
BRAKING PERFORMANCE
Braking performance has been a major focus of development. The brake caliper is now positioned between the chainstays and seatstays. Combined with the HVCS kinematics, this evolution delivers greater control by keeping the suspension active and limiting weight transfer to the front wheel.
The frame is compatible with rotor sizes from 200 mm to 223 mm to meet the demands of the most challenging tracks.
FRAME PROTECTION
The SUPREME DH V5.2 features a new generation of chainstay and seatstay protectors called “Silent Mode”. The objective is simple: eliminate drivetrain noise as much as possible while reducing chain slap — those impacts against the rear triangle that can affect suspension performance.
These protectors use a dual-density rubber construction with a rigid base and large soft rubber fins for maximum vibration and impact damping.
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
On the front triangle, cable routing now runs through the head tube. Beyond the cleaner look, this solution allows the use of internal sleeves directly connected to the head tube inserts, making bike maintenance significantly easier, especially during races where every minute counts.
These internal sleeves also improve sealing against water, dust and mud.
COMPATIBILITY
With the adoption of the UDH standard, the SUPREME DH V5.2 is ready for the latest-generation drivetrains and compatible with the newest SRAM groupsets, including the XX DH T-Type.
The lower shock mount area has been redesigned to provide increased clearance and broader compatibility with most modern DH shocks, including the new FOX Float X2.
The SUPREME DH V5.2 retains the adaptable geometry that made the V5 successful and offers multiple frame adjustment options.
