Roy Alvin Mateo of Ultimate Disciples is our Rookie of the League for LeagueDWay pre season 2024.

In all games, great defense is the key to dominate in every point and gain good posession on the disc.

Roy gained back to back solid defenses throughout the season making all teams to lose momentum.

Roy being the showstopper of the play through his solid blocks, he also gave other teams' key players a hard time to swing and huck the disc by dominating the down field.

In the near future, Roy will improve and will be a great asset on D and O line.

This player is young, athletic and at the peak of his youth making him our ROOKIE OF THE LEAGUE OF LEAGUE D WAY PRE SEASON 2024

Sam Gopez from MUFC Green making it to rookie 7 due her progress on defense and offense. She's not afraid to have back to back blocks on close defense situations and having good cuts from the stack helping the handlers to make advantage.

14 Rookies of League D Way Pre Season 2024. 7 girls 7 boys.

They have great progress since the beginning of the season.

Paulo Telesfro has multiple goals and blocks during finals, maximizing the space on the goal.

Nica Ong's being more efficient on the cuts and more confident on the disc under 5 to 7 secs mark.

Mylene Orabiles of MUFC Black showing better throws when it comes of timing and accuracy helping the team to gain great yardage.

Mic Narra has more stamina on the field and showing great field awareness at finals. He's now reliable on the restart of the handler's swings.

MC and SAM of MUFC showed back to back defenses during semi finals while MC has great openings on the end zone helping the team to goal efficiently.

Tiny of MUFC has more composure on yhe field. Showing more tough and great separation on the marker.

Riela Geonzon is a real deal, the future of MUFC and National team. Has great core and running skills as an advantage but getting a lot of progress on throwing seems showing up.

Daniel Dimalanta has a good throwing skills given his few sessions of scrammages, he has a bright future on this sport ahead with a solid guidance of Coach Alvin as an advantage.

Raphael Dimalanta the silent but deadly on the cuts and defense and sneaky on the end zone helping the team from the upfield to goal by having smart cuts and good spacing.

Roy Alvin Mateo our Rooking of the league is now more confident on the field. The defense skills is really hard to stop giving MUFC a hard time to forward the disc. He helped UD by turning the defense into offense. Showing well throws and decision making. Stamina has no question since he's on the peak of his youth.

Ultimate Disciples is our 2024 League D Way Pre-Season Champion!

Christmas came early for UD as they claim the title. It was not easy, they had to win semi finals against MUFC black led by Skyler Gamboa and Isa Acuna. On the finals, they had to beat MUFC white w/ no lost led by ultimate brothers Glenn Arcebal and Gio Arcebal.

UD claim the first 3 points to gain an ultimate edge with the help of high caliber players Czar Tabangin, Ysa Chua, Reggie Dumasig and Edgar Callos.

Key players couple Kevin Ong and Nica Ong, Jazz Cando the Finals MVP also led the team by pushing the offense really hard and gaining strong swings and forward passes making it hard for MUFC White to keep up

Meanwhile, the rookies of UD helped the team by making back to back blocks, quick cuts to gain advantages and maximizing spaces towards the goal led by our Mythical/Rookie 7 players Kairin Yu, Rovie Gallardo, Mic Narra and our MVPs Rigel Almira and Roy Alvin Mateo.

All players gave their 100% on the game from offense to defense and maintained good spirit making them the champs for this year's League D Way!
