Coming back to my mat after a break feels like home. 🏡
But truthfully? It’s not always easy.
The body feels different. The rhythm feels off.
And there’s that quiet pressure to “make up for lost time.”

But movement doesn’t ask for perfection.
It simply asks us to begin — gently.

If you’re easing back into your routine too, here are a few things that helped my motivation:
🌿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹. Even 15 minutes of mindful movement is enough.
🤍 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝗳 “𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁.” You were never behind. Avoiding routine breaks is simply inevitable.
💫 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹, not for how you think you should look.
🕊️ 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀. Just one. Show up. That’s the win.

Slow mornings are my favorite kind of ritual 🤍

After the kids are off to school, I get this quiet little window of time with myself, my coffee and my dog. It’s a screen-free moment, a long stretch and those 15 mins of sunshine in the garden before my first client arrives that make all the difference ✨

Grounding myself before teaching is just as important as the practice itself. It prepares me, energizes me, and reminds me to show up with presence for myself and my clients.

Because the way we begin our day has the power of shaping everything that follows.

Hi everyone 👋🏼 It’s been a year since I officially began my journey as a certified Pilates instructor—and what a year it’s been! 🤍

Teaching has brought me so much fulfillment, growth, and connection—with each of you, and with myself. I’m grateful for the trust, the sweat, the stories shared, and the progress we’ve made together on the reformer with our Pilates by A instructors.

Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly working on making this page more useful, informative, and inspiring for both new and returning clients. Expect more real Pilates tips, thoughtful insights, and little reminders to keep moving and take care of your body—wherever you are in life.

I am excited to bring you a fresh fitness space that breaks away from the usual gym vibe, right here in the comfort of my own home! 🪴

My experience with pilates started 7 years ago, and two pregnancies later, I have never found a more effective exercise, helping me feel stronger, more toned, and enhancing my overall mobility and well-being! 🧘🏼‍♀️

After years of working behind a screen, I decided it was time to share my passion and spread the transformative power of pilates with a wider community. I have since completed my teacher training under the incredible mentorship of , and the internationally recognized STOTT PILATES® Method🥇
