🥋 DID YOU KNOW? — POOMSAE EDITION

🧠 Poomsae means “form” or “pattern” — a series of Taekwondo techniques performed in a specific sequence.

🎯 Every movement has meaning. Poomsae trains proper technique, balance, timing, and control.

🥋 Poomsae can be practiced without an opponent. It helps students develop techniques as if facing imaginary opponents.

⚡ Speed isn't everything! In Poomsae, power, precision, rhythm, breathing, and focus are all important.

👣 Footwork matters. Each step and direction in a Poomsae has a purpose.

🏆 Poomsae is a competition event. Athletes are judged on accuracy, technique, balance, power, and overall performance.

💪 Poomsae builds confidence. Practicing forms helps improve discipline, concentration, and body control.
