The Philippine Orthopedic Association (POA) is holding its virtual 72nd Annual Convention together with the 8th Annual meeting of the ASEAN Society for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy (ASSA) this November 16-19,2021. led by its President, Enrique Leonardo C. Pasion, MD, who is also the Secretary General of (ASSA).

Our theme for this year is “Sports Medicine from Head to Toe”.

Spearheading this meeting for the POA is its subspecialty society, the Philippine Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.

It is our utmost pleasure to invite you to this virtual meeting on November 16-19, 2021 Manila time.

Personal Trainers ( Male & Female)

Job Description:

•Work under the supervision of the Ops Manager
•Work under the guidance of the Sales Director
•Aim to achieve the monthly target to gain more commissions
•Perform physical and fitness assessment to clients
•Design safe and effective customized programs for the clients
Manage and send the daily reports required
•Proactively go around the gym floor to assist and offer assessments/consultations
•Check if all gym equipment are in good condition and report to superior
•Help in maintaining orderliness of the gym floor
•Close membership sales (very minimal target)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Physical Education degrees are preferred)

2-year experience as a Personal Trainer is a plus but fresh graduates with fitness background and certifications are also welcome to apply

Knowledge in teaching group classes like circuit, bootcamp, etc. is a plus
Possess exemplary customer service skills coupled with excellent sales skills
Can work in a sales-driven environment
Great personality and a can-do attitude are what we are looking for.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: Php15,000.00 to Php18,000.00 /month
