NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
This is to inform the general public that the name International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) and its official logo are the exclusive intellectual property of the organization and are protected under applicable laws on trademarks and copyright.
It has come to our attention that certain individuals, groups, or entities are using the ISKF name, logo, or any mark, design, or wording that is similar, imitative, or sounds alike without proper authorization.
Such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may cause confusion, misrepresentation, and deception to the public.
We hereby reiterate that:
* Only duly recognized and authorized ISKF affiliates, dojos, and representatives are permitted to use the official ISKF name and logo.
* Any use of identical, similar, or confusingly related names, logos, or branding without written consent is unlawful.
* The public is advised to verify the legitimacy of any organization claiming affiliation with ISKF.
We strongly urge all unauthorized parties to cease and desist immediately from using the ISKF name, logo, or any similar representation.
Failure to comply may result in appropriate legal action.
