The YMCA Makati supports the Makati YMCA Youth Club’s initiative to help our friends from Pampanga who were severely affected by the wet season in the Philippines.

We request the support and help of our YMCA members in assisting Pampanga residents to rise from this difficulty. 🙏🏼

The Makati YMCA Youth Club launches RELIEF TO RISE: PAMPANGA, a donation drive campaign for residents of Mexico, Pampanga severely affected by the week-long flooding.

For the past week, Pampanga has been devastatingly hit by the combined effects of tropical cyclones and the southwest monsoon (habagat).

Crops were damaged. Lives were lost. Livelihoods were disrupted. But in the face of devastation, our faith in humanity must remain and grow even stronger.

We humbly call on our fellow young people, especially Y’ers across the Philippines and around the world, to come together and extend a helping hand to Pampanga residents. ❤️

WORK HARD, STAY HUMBLE. Recall the 11th Youth Leadership Formation attended by Hi-Y Club leaders from Makati public high schools, held on July 31-August 2, 2026, at DepEd Maximo Estrella Senior High School.

With the theme "SERVE," the 3-day event was aimed to teach the students with the YMCA brand on leadership anchored on Christian virtues and love of God and country. 🙏

Since 2012, the YLF has been teaching the young people with how a leadership must be within their schools, communities, and beyond.

Last August 8, 2026, the YMCA of Makati, Inc. welcomed its scholars for the Academic Year 2026-2027 through a Scholars’ Orientation at the Youth Center. 🙌

The program supports exemplary yet underprivileged high school and college students from Makati public schools and state universities.

Since 2017, the Scholarship Program has empowered young people through youth-centered Body-Mind-Spirit formation and financial assistance made possible by YMCA Makati and its generous sponsors.

SERVICE KNOWS NO DISTANCE. The YMCA Hong Kong's BOUNDLESS Cohort 10 conducted a repainting activity at the Sto. Niño Chapel in Maricaban, Pasay City last August 18-19, 2026. 🎨🌏

23 HK students led the activity to contribute to the community's continued Catholic devotion in light of the ongoing renovation of Mary, Comforter of the Afflicted Parish.
