From national records to the Olympic stage, Camilla Richardsson has become one of Finland’s most accomplished distance runners. A national record holder in the 10,000m (31:11) and a 2:24 marathoner, Camilla combines speed strength, and consistency across disciplines. An Olympian in the marathon at Paris, she brings championship level experience into another ambitious season. With major races and championship opportunities ahead, Camilla will utilize the power of Stryd to chase new personal bests and standout performances.

Athlete Spotlight: Olivia Dietzel
Olivia Dietzel is a standout endurance athlete with elite range across extreme triathlon and road racing. A four time Extreme Triathlon Champion, including a recent win at Fodaxman XTRI, she has also placed 4th at the 2025 Extreme Triathlon Half Distance World Championship and finished as the top American at the 2023 Norseman XTRI World Championship.
Olivia’s speed carries to the roads as well, with a 15th place finish at the 2024 USATF 15K National Championship and personal bests of 9:29 in the Ironman, 4:23 at 70.3, and 1:18 in the half marathon. Powered by Stryd, Olivia trains with precision across every surface, dialing in effort for long climbs, technical descents, and fast road racing. From extreme terrain to the road, Olivia continues to raise the bar with toughness, speed, and championship level ex*****on.

Athlete Spotlight: Jaden Merrick
A rising talent in American distance running, Jaden Merrick is the 2025 lowa XC 4A State Champion and set the course record in the process. He also earned All-American honors with an 18th place finish at the Brooks XC Nationals, capping off his senior year. Now training with Stryd, Jaden is dialing in his effort with precision as he builds toward a full 2026 racing season and his next chapter at lowa State University.

Athlete Spotlight: Nicole Lane
Nicole Lane brings speed, strength, and resilience to every start line. A 2:39 marathoner from CIM with personal bests of 16:30 in the 5K and 34:32 in the 10K, she has proven her ability to compete across distances. Nicole is also a Run to Feed Champion, winning the 5K in 2023 and the 10K in 2024, and took on the USATF 25K Championships in 2024 with a 1:31:35 finish. From the track to the marathon, Nicole will use Stryd this season to work towards her next breakthrough.

That’s because pace only tells you how fast you’re moving.

It doesn’t tell you how much each step is COSTING you once fatigue builds.

As form subtly breaks down, the body works harder to hold the same speed.

Heart rate drifts up. Legs feel heavy. Running stops feeling smooth 😅

This is why I like using running power. It shows the real cost of running in real time, not just the outcome on your watch.
