Last March 7โ€“8, 2026, our Wave 1 student worked on finishing his remaining requirements, while our Intro students experienced their first steps into the world of freediving. Our fundivers also joined the sessions, reconnecting with the water and enjoying the depth and flow of each dive.

Every dive was a chance to build confidence, refine technique, and deepen the understanding of relaxation and control underwater. In freediving, progress doesnโ€™t come from rushing, it comes from patience, awareness, and trusting the process.
