Ginhawa Freediving Ginhawa[breath] is a freediving brand offering Molchanovs Freediving Education courses and freedive coaching and trainings. ᜄᜒᜈ᜔ᜑᜏ \gin-hà-wa\ noun. breath.

"Ginhawa" is a Visayan term for breath. Through our breath, we ground ourselves to what is present and become mindful of the current moment. This facilitates awareness, relaxation, and acceptance. All of which are essential aspects to freediving. Freediving courses, coaching and training are being facilitated by Molchanovs Instructor, Keith Ocampo. He had his zero-to-hero training program at Freedive HQ and a Philippine National Record Holder in Constant Weight No Fins and Dynamic Apnea No Fins.
