INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

Let’s celebrate International Yoga Day this Sunday, 21 June, as we gather to greet the morning together through the practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

Open to everyone. Beginners are welcome, and all ages are invited to join. There is no participation fee, and 20 yoga mats will be available for free use for those who don’t have their own.

Practice will be guided by T. Janin , T. Kristal Relativo , and T. Ynnah Rabaja Detera.
