The following student-athlete applicants have successfully passed the Special Program in Sports Written and Sports-Specific Skills Admission Test for School Year 2026–2027.

Please refer to the attached alphabetical list of passers to find your name.

𝕋𝕆 𝔸𝕃𝕃 𝕊ℙ𝕊 ℚ𝕌𝔸𝕃𝕀𝔽𝕀𝔼ℝ𝕊:
Kindly confirm your slot on or before 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (Tuesday) until 5:00 PM.

To confirm your slot, please accomplish the Google Form through the link below:

Applicants who fail to accomplish the online confirmation form on or before the deadline will automatically forfeit their slot.

Passers are advised to answer the online confirmation together with their parent or guardian.

📌 NOTE:
To secure your slot in the program, kindly wait for the official enrollment announcement to be posted on the QNHS Special Program in Sports (SPS) page.

Please prepare the following requirements upon enrollment:
• Original Report Card (SF9)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Failure to enroll on the scheduled date shall mean forfeiture of slot.

SPS ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DAY!
Please be guided on the following admission guidelines for the Special Program in Sports
Please take note:
1. All students who will take admission test shall secure PARENT'S PERMIT -----> Click here for parent's permit file --> https://tinyurl.com/spsparental

*** SPS is still OPEN for WALK-IN APPLICANTS on the admission day. Interested and qualified applicants shall bring the latest report card and a PHOTOCOPY of the birth certificate.

Only applicants with qualified requirements will be allowed to take the exam.

2. Results of all tests, interview and sports specific test will be announced in the SPS FB Page.

3.All student qualifiers will be given time to decide which special program they will enroll in.

4.In case student qualifiers DID NOT PASSED any of the admission exams taken, he/she shall automatically proceed to Basic Education Program's listing.
