On February 23, 2026, BTLE-AFA 3 conducted an activity on pig's ear notching in their course subject, Swine Production. It was a fun and engaging activity, though some had difficulties during ear notching. The class crafted their own head dress, and some had difficulties reading the notches: right ear - day of their birth (litter number) and the for the left ear - the month of their birthday (individual number).

Three students were awarded the best pig's ear head dress, namely:

1. Angelyn Arandela
2. Siulair Ghaddiel Dela Peña
3. Arnold Monticalvo
