"It's not just about the money, but the "PROPER WAY OF RECOGNIZING ATHLETES"...
When we heard the term "Courtesy Call" to be recognized by their own district/province, is it the person to be recognized should always ask for recognition???
or there should be an appointed person or unit from the office of the City hall/LGU who will actively searching for those achievers/medalists to be recognized.

Not all athletes or performers can sustain their choosen sports/or career that will bring pride to their district or province, number one reason is their financial capabilities...

By recognizing them properly, it is not only the LGU or City Hall will give them financial assistance or opportunity to grow more,. But the whole community will see that there are individuals that should be worth of the support. "
