Pickleball Fee Collection Policy

Subject: Clarification on Payment for Pickleball Activities

This notice is issued to ensure clarity and transparency regarding payment arrangements for pickleball activities held at CVL Sports Hub.
1. No Court Rental Fees Collected by CVL Sports Hub
CVL Sports Hub does not collect or accept any fees for the use of the pickleball courts during organized sessions.
Participants are advised not to make any payments to CVL Sports Hub personnel or at the main reception in relation to these activities.

2. Organizer-Managed Activities
All fees related to the following activities are independently managed and collected by the designated Event Organizer:
Authorized Organizer: Wilkie Mercado
Covered activities include:
• Open Play Sessions
• Clinics and Coaching Programs
• Tournaments and Special Events

3. Independent Arrangement
CVL Sports Hub acknowledges and permits the Organizer to conduct these activities within the premises.
However, all payments, arrangements, and services are solely between the participant and the Organizer. CVL Sports Hub does not participate in, manage, or assume responsibility for these transactions.

4. Reporting Concerns
If you are asked to make payments by anyone other than the authorized Organizer, or if you have any concerns, please report immediately to the CVL Sports Hub Administration Office.
