Yesterday’s Prayer and Pilates Retreat was more than just an event — it was a sacred closing to a chapter that means so much to me. It was my last retreat here in the Philippines, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful ending.

To my dear students who showed up, prayed with me, moved with me, and simply made time to be there—you have no idea how deeply grateful I am. Your presence meant the world to me. You turned a moment into a memory I’ll carry in my heart as I take this next step.

May God bless you all richly—may He guide your journey, strengthen your faith, and surround you with His peace and purpose. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You were such a blessings to me.

Teaching Pilates here has brought me so much joy — every session, every breath, every stretch with you all has been a gift.
Thank you to my students for moving with me, growing with me, and showing up with such beautiful energy.

With that, I’m inviting you to my final retreat here in the Philippines.
