SOON, VERY SOON, Pangasinan, specifically Lingayen, will be the Paramotor Mecca of the Philippines. And with the support of Congressman Leopoldo Bataoil (the incoming mayor of Lingayen) under the auspices of Paragliding Philippines, this dream will certainly come into fruition.
