⚽ CATEGORIES & AGE GROUPS
U13 Boys Football
Age Group: Under 13 (Born 2013 – 2014)
Format: 8v8 & 11v11 (Full Field)
Futsal Girls
Age Group: Under 11 to Under 17 (Born 2009 – 2015)
Format: 5v5 (Futsal)
📋 REQUIREMENTS
Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
Signed Parental Consent Form
Proper Training Attire
Shin Guards
Personal Water Bottle
💡 IMPORTANT NOTES
All players must report on time.
Registered players will represent PUFA in the Regional FA competitions.
