New route, new adventure! Limay Running Club explored a new training area for uphill running today. Thank You, Lord, for keeping us safe throughout our L*D run (Long Slow Distance) and bringing us home safely. We had so much fun tackling the snake-like uphill and downhill sections of the route. Another memorable training session with the team! See you later at the LRC meeting!" 🏃‍♂️⛰️🏃‍♀️💚🙏
